Kew's 250th anniversary website re-launch project

As part of our 250th anniversary celebrations, Kew will be launching a new website in 2009. We will be celebrating all that we have achieved in that time. More importantly, we will be looking to the future, ensuring we continue to inspire and deliver science-based plant conservation worldwide. Reporting to Mike Saunders, Content and Learning Department is looking for a project team to successfully deliver this project.

With over 500,000 pages and 30,000 illustrated collection records online, the museum’s website is a rich resource for all. Our challenge is to craft a more participatory and engaging experience and to meet visitor expectations for an on-demand museum.
