after a spate of spam comments, i've had to revert to approval of comments posted by guest users [i.e. anyone who isn't logged in]. registered users can still post immediately. guest users will have comments moderated before they are posted. this will mean a slight delay.

sorry -- but there's been too much crud lately.

Comments are now enabled for all references in the bibliography -- including MW 2007 papers.
