Located in a district undergoing rapid expansion and cultural change, Northampton Museum & Art Gallery is the home of the designated boot and shoe and other significant collections. Join us, and you will have the chance to develop and work on a range of creative and inspirational projects that draw on all our collections.

In this challenging and unique role, you will provide expert advice on collections management while working to ensure that all the museum's collections are made digitally available to the widest possible audience.

A flexible team player, you'll also lead and develop the Collections Access Assistant and Documentation Assistant.

A graduate or equivalent, you will bring considerable experience of staff supervision in a museums environment.
Your detailed knowledge of collections management procedures and effective environmental conditions will be complemented by the ability to use your skills in IT to make collections and information accessible.
