How many kilos of cheese?

Apparently we consumed 35 kilos of Old cheddar, Gruyere, Havarti, Riopelle, Grand Pont L’évêque, Dovanier, Goat Paillot, Pied de Vent, Mi-Carême, Brie, Petit Camembert, Saint-Honoré, and Kénogami and left barely enough for a mouse:-)

...and just how many pounds of coffee?
It was amazing to watch the wine and cheese consumption at the receptions. Did they not realize that years of wine and cheese at museum openings have given museum staff legendary capacity for both substances?
460 litres of coffee, at c.80C has a specific gravity of .9718
so that would make it 447.028 kilo's or 983.46 lbs. - short of half a ton:-)

(It just occured to me that MW2009 should have an IMA-style dashboard showing stats like this! ;)
when we move everything to drupal...
then maybe charlie and ed will help us out with that ...
