Project Description:
Glenbow Museum requires the services of an information technology consultant to work with Glenbow staff to develop a systems integration transition and implementation plan to improve information transfer between Glenbow's membership, admissions, bookings and retail shop areas. Membership information is managed and held in Raisers Edge from Blackbaud Corporation. Glenbow currently uses TM Vista from Ticketmaster for our admissions system and RSW from Profitek for our Shop and Archives POS system. This project will include a needs analysis of our POS and Admissions requirements to insure the suitability of our current systems. Glenbow is willing to consider changing our POS and Admissions systems if necessary but does not anticipate changing our Membership system.
