there are some presentations on collaborations en problems encountered in these projects. I would like to mention a project launched in Europe by the European Commossion under the i2010 libraries initiative: Europeana. The European Digital Library, a flagship initiative of the European Commission will be the European Portal where heritage information will be gathered en searchable for everybody. Within the project there are working groups dealing with standardisation issues (technical and semantical), organisational and political issues.
