Abstract

This paper will examine the project currently underway at the Hunterian Museum, University of Glasgow, to reconstruct the facial features of a Bronze Age girl excavated recently in the Kilmartin Valley, Argyll, Scotland. The project utilises 3D laser scanning and QTVR technologies and brings together expertise from the University's Museum, Computing Science Department and Forensic Medicine Facial Identification Unit.
