
Best of the Web Nominations Now Open
Nominations are now open for the MW2010 Best of the Web competition, and will be accepted until February 21st. Nominate a site.
All sites nominated will be reviewed by a the Best of the Web panel and awards offered in a number of categories. In addition, users of this site will choose one site as the People's Choice in April.

Wikimedia Foundation projects and the museum community
This fall, Archives & Museum Informatics and the Wikimedia Foundation entered into an agreement to co-sponsor Wikimedia@MW2010, a day-long workshop to be held on April 13 2009 in Denver for exploring and developing policies that will enable museums to better contribute to and use Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons, and for the Wikimedia community to benefit from the expertise in museums.

Internships: Museum of the Moving Image, New York
INTERNSHIPS SUMMER 2010: June 7 - August 13
Museum of the Moving Image offers full-time, paid summer internships. Under the supervision of department heads, interns have the opportunity to learn about the full range of Museum operations and to work on projects related to the fall 2010 opening of the Museum's renovated and expanded facility. Undergraduates entering their senior year in fall 2010, college graduates, and graduate students are eligible to apply.
